Tweetdeck Yardım Fikriniz Nedir çıldıracağım.

Merhaba tweetdeck adlı yazılımda kamera ve ses kaydı yapıp anında twittere gönderiyordum sonra ne olduysa 3-4 pc de farklı farklı denedim kamera ve ses kaydı yapılmadığını gördüm tweetdeck e bu sorun tüm tweetdeck kullanıcılarında tüm dünyada yaşanmıyormu dedim hayır diyor sizden duyuyorum diyor ve günlerdir mesajlaşıyoruz mailden hala bir çözüm üretemedi ve aynı şeyi söylüyo reinstall filan yap diyor gerek yokki buna tertemiz pclere 3-4 pc ye kurdum aynı sorun var.

I have spoken to our engineers and we really do not know what the problem is. I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling both AIR and TweetDeck but other than that I'm afraid we are simply not sure what to do or suggest.

These features are working for all other people (which is the source of my confusion.) Could you try installing this app http://www.zeropointnine.com/blog/webcam-dvr-for-apollo/ and letting me know if your camera works? I'm afraid this might be an Adobe issue.

I sincerely apologize but I'm afraid I don't totally understand your last comment. Did you try reinstalling and if so what happened? My concern here is that this cannot be on our side as we have not made any changes to our software since the time your camera was functioning correctly. Did you try uninstalling your camera? If so, what happened when you reinstalled?

alex, Jul 09 16:12 (BST):Okay thanks. I just wanted to know in case we see more reports of this (I'm afraid you're the first one.) This sounds like it has to be a camera issue as we didn't change anything and therefore we shouldn't be handling your camera any differently. Could you try reinstalling the camera software?

I'm afraid I don't know the source of the issue. To be honest, I haven't seen this before. Is your camera installed into your computer or is it a USB one?
