In this thread we are going to deal with new words and it's better to give their definitions with them. It might be a noun, verb, adj, adv, or a phrasal verb. Try to choose tough ones.

In addition, if you don't know the word you may want to write a sentence, so we can reply that you got it or not.

wean (someone) off (something) : to make someone gradually stop depending on something that they like and have become used to, especially a drug or a bad habit
We’re trying to wean ourselves off watching too much television.

My sentence is here: I've decided to wean myself off playing computer games since I've realized I waste my time on it.

(The sentence I've made up may include some mistakes, if it has you should just tell it.)

In English, there are some verbs which directly connected with senses are never using with (ing) tag.
Such as the verb to want.
This verb never using with (ing) tag.
You can never say,
I'm wanting a cake. for example,
But you must say
I want a cake.
The verb, to want only uses with (ed) tag while it's in past tenses because of it is a regular verb, as in,
I wanted.
and also using with (s) in Present Perfect Tense for the persons as (he, she, it)
He wants.

And also some auxiliary verbs past tenses using for polite requests.
Such as the the auxiliary verb will's past tense would.
If you request someting from someone politely you must say,
