Php Mysql Bağlantı Hatası

Merhaba arkadaşlar mysql ile bağlantı oluşturuyorum fakat bana bu hatayı veriyor:

hata alıyorum fakat kodlar çalışıyor @ işareti koyunca sorunsuz devam ediyorum. Bu hatayı almamım nedeni nedir acaba ?
