Merhaba bugün gmailimde bir eposta gördüm.Kinguin de minecraft cd key koymuşum markete ama ürün kullanılmış çıkmış.Ben kinguiden daha önce alışveriş falan yapmadım lütfen yardım edin tazminat falan diyor tam anlatabilecek var mı ?

Order: S13IFF5AE04F
We kindly ask you to look into this issue and provide a solution within the next 24 hours as otherwise, we may have no other choice but to return the buyer’s payment and consequently debit your balance for this transaction.
Please bear in mind that any delay in resolving this issue may lead to a negative feedback or at the worst to a chargeback. Moreover, please be so kind as to consider sending the customer some kind of a compensation for the faulty product.
Should you decide to replace the product, please do not send it in the ticket, but add it to the stock instead. Then, please inform us about it so we can forward the replacement to the customer as soon as possible.
