I want to share some useful dictionaries with you. I hope you will be pleased with the quality of them.
1- Longman English Dictionary: http://www.ldoceonline.com/
-It is a classic online dictionary. You can **** definitions of words and properties of words. Also It just makes translation to English.
2- Oxford Dictionary: http://oaadonline.oxfordlearnersdictionaries.com/
-It is another classic dictionary. It makes translation to English like Longman. It is a more comprehensive dictionary than Longman.
3- Cambridge Dictionary: http://dictionary.cambridge.org/
-It is different from others. You can use this dictionary to make translation to Turkish. I think, it is the best dictionary in Turkish translation.
4- Onelook Dictionary Search: http://www.onelook.com/
-This is the most comprehensive dictionary. It is a search engine for words. You could **** a lot of translations and definitions. There is no word you can not **** here.
5- Synonym: http://www.synonym.com/
- As it can be understood from title, This dictionary specialized in finding synonyms and antonyms. It might be helpful, when you are writing.
6- Thesaurus: http://thesaurus.com/
- Many of you may not know it, but this is very important. This can **** related words, synonyms, antonyms, definitions. There may be only one disadvantage of this, it does not show the use of words in the sentence. However, this is my favourite.
You can use all of the above with peace of mind. These are professional dictionaries and these are many times better than Google Translation, Tureng and Seslisozluk. I feel like advertisers
