Dxerror.log ve directx.log hatası

[iptal]

bilgisayara need for speed most wanted indirdim yükleme yerinde cd key yazdıktan sonra aşağıdaki hata geldi.

internette araştırdım ama çözüm yolu bulamadım. Directx'i yeniden kurayım dedim. kurmaya çalıştığımda ise aşağıdaki hatayı verdi.

dxerror.log diye arattım ama bulamadı pc. directx.log var ancak sildiğim zaman işe yaramıyor bir zaman sonra tekrar geliyor. dxdiag'da directx versiyonu 11 diye gösteriyor.
sistemim windows 7 32 ultimate
ekran kartı ati radeon hd 2600 pro 1024 mb

ayrıca directx.log dosyası not defteri olarak geliyor.
