I have spoken to our engineers and we really do not know what the problem is. I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling both AIR and TweetDeck but other than that I'm afraid we are simply not sure what to do or suggest.

I sincerely apologize but I'm afraid I don't totally understand your last comment. Did you try reinstalling and if so what happened? My concern here is that this cannot be on our side as we have not made any changes to our software since the time your camera was functioning correctly. Did you try uninstalling your camera? If so, what happened when you reinstalled?

This sounds like it has to be a camera issue as we didn't change anything and therefore we shouldn't be handling your camera any differently. Could you try reinstalling the camera software?
